Remember when I mentioned how good the Betty Crocker PB filling was? Well, this is another way to put it to very good use. Make a decent Devil’s Food cake, core out the center and fill it right up with the peanut butter filling. Then, add a healthy dollop of Vanilla Whipped Cream Frosting, some fudge swirls, with sprinkles and a cherry on top! You’ll swear it tastes like it came from the ice cream shoppe!

I’ve thought that this could also work well with a cherry chocolate cake batter, or even cherry/raspberry/strawberry filling to amp up that fruity flavor.
